I didn't start making art until my early 20s and even though I loved making art, I struggled with the frustration of not being skilled at making art and so I often avoided making art, especially working in a sketchbook. 

I'm in my 40s now and have b
a quick and easy sketchbook idea: mini paintings!

use tape (i like Scotch removeable tape) to create small squares or rectangles across a sketchbook spread.

each day fill one square with a tiny painting or drawing. 

I like painting little abstract
